Print sizes available: 10×15cm (standard 6×4″), 15×20cm (6×8″), and custom sizes on request. Every print carries your custom border design, event name, date, logo, or any branded layout agreed in advance. Prints can be presented in branded photo wallets for an additional premium finish.
How It Works on the Day
Setup. We arrive before doors open. Backdrop, lighting, camera, and printer are installed and tested before the first fan walks in. Your team brief our photographer on the flow, the talent’s preferences, and any specific requirements for the session.
Shooting. Our photographer positions each guest, manages the frame, and captures the shot. We work fast without making it feel rushed. The experience for the fan matters as much as the throughput figure.
Printing. Each photo moves from camera to printer within seconds of being taken. Prints are ready for collection before the guest has left the area, or handed directly to them as they exit.
Digital delivery. Alongside the physical print, guests can receive a digital copy via QR code, email, or text. Photos are shareable immediately, branded with your event identity.
Throughput. We comfortably handle 80–100 photo op sessions per hour with a single photographer and printer setup. For larger events or higher expected volumes, dual-printer configurations are available.
