Via our website contact form When you submit an enquiry through our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and the contents of your message. We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to send you a proposal for our services. The legal basis for this processing is legitimate interest – specifically, responding to a business enquiry you have initiated.

We use Ninja Forms to power our contact form. Form submissions are stored within WordPress. We process your enquiry manually and may follow up by email to discuss your event requirements.

Via our photobooth software at events At some events, guests may choose to provide their email address to receive their photos digitally. This data is stored within the photobooth application we use to deliver the service. We retain this data for a maximum of three months after the event, after which it is deleted. The legal basis for this processing is legitimate interest – specifically, delivering the photo service the guest has requested.

3. How long we keep your data

Contact form enquiries are retained for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and any follow-up communication. If no booking results from your enquiry, we will delete your data within twelve months. If a booking is made, we retain your data for up to five years for accounting and legal compliance purposes.

Guest email addresses collected via our photobooth software are deleted within three months of the event.

4. Who we share your data with

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Your data may be processed by the following third-party services as part of delivering our website and services:

Google Site Kit / Google Analytics – we use Google Site Kit to understand how visitors use our website. This tool collects anonymised data about your visit including pages viewed, time spent on the site, and your approximate location. Google may process this data outside the EU. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Ninja Forms – your contact form submissions are processed and stored through Ninja Forms within our WordPress installation.

Trustindex – we display Google reviews on our website through Trustindex. Review data is processed by Trustindex in accordance with their own privacy policy.
